    First step of the project management lifecycle, where i define the project goals, scope, and resources, and identify the key stakeholders and team members.Also create a project proposal and a project charter that outline the main details and objectives of the project.

    Second step of the project management lifecycle, where i determine the steps and tasks required to achieve the project goals, and establish the budget, timeline, and milestones. Also plan how to manage the risks, changes, and communication throughout the project.

    • 3. Executing

    Third step of the project management lifecycle, where i implement the project plan and carry out the tasks and activities according to the schedule and budget.Also monitor the progress and measure and evaluate the project results and outcomes against the project goals and expectations.

    • 4. Finalize

    Final step of the project management lifecycle, where i complete and deliver the project deliverables and products to the stakeholders and customers. Also review and document the project achievements and lessons learned, and celebrate the project success with team members.
